Sustainable Youth Ministry

Mark’s book is about way more than youth ministry–it is about ministry and is applicable to the whole program of the church. His practical subtitle, “Why most youth ministry doesn’t last and what your church can do about it” points the reader the book as a problem/solution approach.  While it is that, it is also much more.  It is about the system that is the church and how tend to set ministries up for failure.  I know of this book being used by a session as a training resource for all ministries in the church.
